Cancel your purchase

Would you like to cancel your purchase or return an appliance? You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet left our distribution center. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the appliance within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. The return process depends on the size of the appliance.


Returning a small appliance
Small household appliances, such as a vacuum or coffee machine, can be packed and shipped by you. Complete the form below, and we'll send you the return instructions.

Returning a large appliance
Large household appliances, such as a washer, will be collected from your address. Complete the form below, and we'll contact you to arrange a collection appointment.

We use the data you provide in this form (such as contact and order details) to process your cancellation or return request, which is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your request is first processed by an automated system for a quick response.

Based on the outcome, you will receive an automatic email confirming, accepting, or rejecting your request. If a return is accepted, we will share your address with our logistics partner to arrange the pick-up.

In cases where the automated system cannot process your request, it will be forwarded to a call center agent who will contact you to resolve the matter.
